This project is located at the significant MLK Jr. Blvd. and Rosa Parks Blvd. intersection. We are working with the Portland Development Commission to build a mixed-use, mixed-income home ownership project in Northeast Portland's Piedmont Neighborhood. The project will provide subsidized homeownership opportunities for working families with 24 townhouses and feature 6000sf of active commercial storefronts along NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and NE Rosa Parks Ave. The project aspires to deep affordability, vibrant urban streetscapes, first-class architecture, and disciplined innovation in sustainable building, especially with concern to energy performance.

The project is currently in late development phase, scheduled to begin construction in early 2012. We are proud to have Ankrom Moisan as our architectural team on the design of this project.
