Svaboda Court

We are proud to serve as the General Contractor for Proud Ground at Svaboda Court. The project is a 12 unit shared court homeownership development in Lents Urban Renewal Area (across the street from our Pardee Commons project). We expect to be breaking ground by July 2011.

We’re thrilled to join a team seeking LEED for Homes Platinum certification at Svaboda Court. The units will also qualify as Oregon High Performance Homes. Features include solar hot water, mini-split heating systems, heat recovery ventilators, high performance walls, triple pane windows, low VOC finishes, Energy Star appliances and permeable pavers.

Svaboda Court is a great project for Cityhouse – a chance to work with a smart, disciplined owner to build affordable housing to world-class standards of sustainability. This is the kind of housing Oregon families need.
