Tom
Tom D. Walsh founded Cityhouse in mid-2007 to work on sustainable and affordable housing. He has worked in construction for about 20 years, previously with his father, Tom Walsh, and brother, Ben Walsh, at a family-owned company: Tom Walsh & Co.
Serena
Serena Cruz Walsh is a co-founder of the Cityhouse Companies with her husband Tom D. Walsh. Prior to launching the Cityhouse Companies, Serena was elected to serve as a Multnomah County Commissioner for 2 consecutive 4-year terms. She serves on the Regional Steering Committee for Bridges to Housing (supportive housing for homeless families), the Board of the Latino Network and the Board of the Mother PAC.
Dith
Dith Pamp joined Cityhouse as a project assistant in May 2011, after her graduation from Lewis & Clark College where she studied Mathematics/Computer Science and Theatre. She is excited to be working with Tom and Serena on sustainable, affordable housing in the Portland area.
